Crush 2012 - the grape and wine science symposium
Following on from Crush 2011, this two-day symposium will feature a single-session program built around three themes, as well as plenty of networking opportunities.
A combination of keynote and short presentations will address the themes, and we envisage a larger contingent of industry technical people this year.
A symposium dinner will be held on the evening of Thursday 15 November at Carrick Hill, and there will also be a closing drinks function on Friday 16 November.
Places will be strictly limited due to venue capacity, and a call for abstracts will go out nationally by the end of May.
