Crush 2011 - the wrap up!

Crush 2011, held in Adelaide on 28-30 September 2011 at the National Wine Centre and the Waite Campus at Urrbrae, was Australia's first dedicated grape and wine research symposium for researchers, students and technologists across the wine value chain. More than 180 participants representing every major wine region and research group in Australia (and a few from beyond our borders) enjoyed a broad, multi-disciplinary program and the excellent networking events provided. This was an exceptional turnout in the current economic climate, and the entire event had a great vibe.

The organising committee has had overwhelmingly positive feedback about Crush 2011, particularly on the high standard of the science presented and the depth and breadth of the program. A smaller and more focussed event is now being planned for November 2012 - watch this space for more detail as it becomes available.
