Welcome to the Wine Innovation Cluster - the important, collaborative initiative from four of Australia's key agencies involved in grape and wine research.

As you browse this site, please remember two things: between them, these agencies address the entire grape and wine value chain from 'climate, soil and water' to the 'consumer's lips'; and they work together - bringing the best possible results in the shortest possible time.

Combined with the world-class education reputation of the University of Adelaide and the Cluster's location on the famous Waite Precinct, the Wine Innovation Cluster is set to achieve its target - recognition as the world's premier research, development, extension and education facility servicing the wine industry.

In the difficult conditions the Australian grape and wine sector presently faces, we look forward with optimism to providing 'out of the square' solutions this vital sector needs.
